Integration, Harmony and Accomplishment

Each is in all and all are in each is the spiritual basis for harmony and integration. Harmony is the external expression of spiritual oneness and integration. The growth of an individual or a company takes place because of their identification with the society of which they are apart. It is limited by the growth of the ego sense as something separate and independent of everyone else. Harmony within families depends on the capacity to accept other people's points of view and honor the right of each member to become a spiritual individual and not merely a subordinate member of the collective.
