Development of Public Opinion

At every turn of events, there is a psychological center that turns and causes the change. It will be in the movement, such as Gorbachev and fall of Berlin Wall. It is not the sincerity of a party, but the sincerity of a movement, e.g. nuclear abolition (which is unconsciously shaping in the world with minimal impact on govt leaders). Identify sincere elements of the movement and respond to them sincerely from a corresponding psychological point inside. We can influence psych of public opinion.
