- Sincerity: Sri Karmayogi says that sincerity generates knowledge that can create any amount of money. How do we discover that Mother is really the power behind all the powers including Money? By sincerity, Sri Karmayogi means to give up the vital urges and the egoistic motives for seeking money and seek only the Divine Mother through money. The rule for creating infinite money is moving from ego to the psychic. Life evolves by consciousness, consciousness evolves by organization. We should seek for the Mother’s consciousness i.e. Spiritual Consciousness. Character: We are born with it or come naturally to us. As long as we rely on money and seek money, it avoids us. When we go to the source and value Mother and want that infinite power for its own sake, to be an instrument to Her, any amount of money can come to us. Mother should be our central value. Money should not be the goal but a path and the goal will come to us. When we really want money for everybody, it will be there in surplus.
- Why does Sri Karmayogi want each devotee’s home to become a center? What is the value of a center? Every home can become a center and be a source where Mother descends in her fullest power and fills the life. Mother's consciousness comes in response to the aspirations of the devotees. Basis of money is the organization of consciousness. Once we organize our consciousness, Mother comes to us in all fields of our consciousness and the money will come in whatever measure. How do we develop integrity? Example of J.P Morgan’s impersonality, the consciousness of trustworthiness, and integrity. Personality and Individuality: Example from the Story Ayala’s Angels and Framley Parsonage and the story of Dupont. - Personality is the level at which a character doesn't just operate in a fixed groove but seeks out opportunities for innovation and for self-expression.
- Self-giving: The expansiveness of personality is a personality of self-giving. Self-giving is allowing the Mother to give through us. When Sri Karmayogi says 100 crores, it is an expansive act of personality. Personality is to take all the values and extend the benefit of those values to new fields and new activities Example from Around the world in 80 days Philleas Fogg and Darcy. Individuality: The spiritual center of the individual that comes from the infinite with the creative mission to serve Mother and manifest the divine on earth. It is the psychic and has no limits. Is personality an innate quality or can it be developed? Organization gives form and converts energy into power. Character is that fixed organization that's used to harness the energy available for a particular purpose but it has its limitations of fixity. Personality is to liberate character of its limits and go beyond the limits of characters. Personality is the outer expression of individuality. Spirituality is based on awakening the originality of each individual.
