Death and Violence: Are they necessary, avoidable or inevitable?

Mr. Garry Jacobs
Notes:

Death is a process of life. Change of form is necessary for progress of consciousness until by supramentalization form becomes conscious enough to change with dissolution. Death is an appearance in the sense that there is no end of consciousness with the dissolution of the body, there is only a passage from one state to another. The more conscious we are, the smoother the transition. Already the power of consciousness has achieved a relative conquest of death, prolonging life and curing diseases, which is much more apparent in the case of devotees but true for all humanity. Death will die when it is not longer needed for the evolution of consciousness. What cannot change or is unwilling to change of its own accord must necessarily be destroyed so the progress of consciousness can continue. What is true of death is also true of violence. Violence is necessary or inevitable to address the unwillingness of the physical consciousness to change of its own accord. The world has less violence than at any time in history and it too will eventually be eradicated. The present violence of the war in Ukraine was avoidable and can be ended by reliance on the highest spiritual power which takes no sides but aspires intensely only for the victory of truth.
