Accomplishment depends on energy, force, power, strength, character, personality, aspiration, will & decisions

All accomplishment is based on the energy or intensity generated and the organization or capacity through which it expresses. Life responds to strength. Life is a field of energy, prana. Life evolves by consciousness and consciousness evolves by organization. Pranic energy exists and expresses at different levels and in different places -- physical, vital, emotional (Citta), mental, and in the spiritual planes beyond. Energy takes shape in a gradation of the organization as raw uncontrolled energy, directed force, power, strength, character, personality, will, aspiration are stages, levels and ways in which the basic energy is expressed, directed, controlled by self-discipline, organized are character, liberated from convention by personality, translated into inner or outer accomplishment by will and ultimately transformed into spiritual energy and surrendered to the Divine Will. The greater the energy and the greater the organization of that energy at higher levels of intensity and higher planes of existence, the greater its power for accomplishment.
