Practicing truth in our lives

Spiritually, Truth is the object form of Spirit. Truth exists at the level of the individual, society, earth. Truth exists at all levels from the physical perfection in work, social harmony; psychological goodwill and self-giving; etc. Acting from a higher or wider non-egoistic perspective for the good of all involved and promoting the harmony and welfare of all is Truth at that level. Acts that destroy the environment, harm other people, generate conflict, tension and disharmony are acts of falsehood.  See Karmayogi article on Truth
