Mother's experience of universal physical substance

As per the mother’s agenda 21 July 1971http://www.collectedworksofsriaurobindo.com/index.php/02-works-of-the-mother/03-agenda/12-volume-12/067-July-21-1971-Vol-12-volume-12. we hear Mother speaking about a new  kind of universalization of Her body..ie Her body becoming ubiquitous, She finds it in other bodies, in the world , in the events etc. so can we say Truth of our  physical  substance is Mother's New creation which we should aspire to materialize?
