Savitri is a symbol of the perpetual descent of divine consciousness to awaken the spirit in nature and spur its evolution until the divine life becomes a reality on earth. The Book of the Everlasting Day appears to depict the communication of earth's spiritual destiny to Savitri as knowledge rather than as direct supramental experience which is to come in one of the future incarnations the divine being refers to.
