Consciousness Responsibility vs Egoistic Initiative

Date:
May 31, 2022
Speaker(s):
Mr. Garry Jacobs
Notes:

The difference between consciousness responsibility and egoistic initiative depends on the attitude and intention, not the action. Accepting responsibility fpr the deficiency and defects, acts and omissions of others rather blaming, condemning or feeling superior to them is one form of consciousness responsibility. Accepting responsibility for what is not strictly ours at all, but by a widening and heightening of our consciousness to identify with needs and aspirations of others and strive to support them either inwardly or both inwardly and in action is consciousness responsibility. Even the lowliest level worker in an organization and least significant person in the society can do so on behalf o the collective with which he is emotionally identified.
